About K12 Health Cover

Essential coverage for your scholar! Get up to P50,000 worth of outpatient (ER treatment) and inpatient (confinement) care coverage on emergency cases due to Dengue Fever, Leptospirosis, and COVID-19. Kids from 1 to 20 years can take advantage of this one-time use health plan. 

 

The PHP 50,000 benefit limit covers:   

  • Doctor’s professional fee 
  • Emergency room treatment 
  • Laboratory and diagnostic procedures 
  • Ward room accommodation, if confinement is required 
  • Required medicines during hospitalization. 
  • Surgery and surgeon’s fees, when medically necessary 
  • Special Modalities as medically needed subject to Php 5,000 sublimit 

 

K12 Health Cover is valid for 1 year or until used, whichever comes first. It can be used in more than 500 iCare-accredited hospitals in the Philippines, including Top 6 hospitals in Metro Manila namely Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Makati Medical Center, St. Luke’s Medical Center (QC and BGC), The Medical City.

Hello!! K12 = kids/teens only (up to 20), Adults (20+) = use ER Care plans instead ER Care All-In / ER Care Choice = These can still cover COVID-related emergency hospitalization (if ER case)
